Order Process

1: Selecting Items

Once you have decided on the items you wish to purchase, please click the “Add to Cart” button. The items will be added to your shopping cart.

2: Reviewing the Cart

Please check the items and the input information, such as the quantity, in your shopping cart for any errors.
If you need to make any changes, edit the desired quantity and click the “Update Cart” button.
If everything appears correct, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in your shopping cart.

3: Order Process

[For First-time Customers] Please fill in the required information in each field of the “Billing Information Details.”
Once you have completed and confirmed all the necessary details, please click the “Place Order” button.

[For Registered/Login Customers] The billing information used in your previous order will be automatically filled in each field.
Once you have completed and confirmed all the necessary details, please click the “Place Order” button.

4: Order Confirmation

After completing your order, we will send a “Order Confirmation Email” to the email address you provided during registration.
Please keep this email until you receive your items.

Payment Information

Various cards, including VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express, are accepted for payment.
Please enter your credit card information when making a purchase.

Shipping Information

We will ship your order within 5 business days from the date of purchase confirmation (based on our business days).
Once the item is shipped, we will send a “Shipping Confirmation Email” to the email address you provided during the order. Please check the details.
If you do not receive the “Shipping Confirmation Email” after 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.
We use our designated shipping carrier for delivery. Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery date and time requests.
Please note that there may be some slight delays due to traffic conditions, weather, and location. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Shipping Fee

Within Japan (excluding the following regions): 1,400 yen (excluding tax)
Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 3,000 yen (excluding tax)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of purchased items is generally not accepted.
Additionally, we are unable to process refunds for credit card payments.
Please double-check your order details to ensure accuracy before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns due to customer convenience are not accepted.
While we strive for quality control, if there are any defects with the ordered product, please contact our store first and then return the item within 10 days after its arrival using the cash-on-delivery method.
We kindly ask you to confirm the products upon their arrival.
